1. When will I receive my order?

We currently offer two services for UK delivery. All parcels are sent through Royal Mail. You will receive tracking updates via email from your order confirmation.

Please note

*Bank Holdays & Public Holidays are not included as delivery days

*Next working day delivery does not include Saturday as a delivery day.

Orders placed with Next day service after 2pm on a Friday will be dispatched the next working day (not inclusive of Saturday or Sunday)

2. Can I change my delivery address when order has been dispatched from warehouse?

Unfortunately we are not able to change your delivery address after you have received the email nofication of the order being shipped from our warehouse.

Please do be careful when inputting your details and double check them before placing the order.

If your item hasn't been dispatched from the warehouse, please contact us at info@viewsport.eu to see if we can change the address before the parcel leaves our warehouse.

3. What if I am not at home for my parcel?

If you are not at home when your parcel is due to be delivered, it may be left in a safe place which will be advised on a delivery note posted through your door by the courier. If the delivery fails, the courier will leave a note explaining they attempted delivery with instructions on how to rearrange.

4. The parcel tracking shows my parcel as delivered, but I haven't received it?

If your tracking states your package has been delivered, but you have not received it. Please first check with any surrounding neighbours for anyone who may have accepted the parcel on your behalf. 

If you had your viewSPORT order delivered to a workplace, please check with all employees who may have accepted the parcel.

Couriers may update the tracking as delivered prior to delivery, so please allow up to 24 hours before assuming the parcel is lost. If after this period, you're still unable to locate your order, get in touch with the support team and where possible, we'll open an investigation with the courier and do our best to help out.
